Choose a simple private gathering space, build a fully hosted event around the Glenlore experience, or reserve the entire trail exclusively for your guests.

Group Visits

Not every group needs a private event space. Bring your group to experience Glenlore Trails together during normal operating hours.

Groups purchasing more than 20 tickets receive discounted admission:

$22 General Admission
$13 Youth
$18 Senior

Group admission includes access to Glenlore Trails. Private gathering space, food and beverage, reserved hospitality areas, and event services are not included unless added separately.

Gather

Starting at $600*

Reserve our covered gathering space for your group before or after your visit to Glenlore Trails.

Our approximately 40′ × 40′ covered event space includes an existing 16′ × 8′ stage and provides a casual home base for food, drinks, conversation, entertainment, presentations, or simply spending time together.

The space is ideal for approximately 40–50 guests, depending on seating and event configuration. Larger cocktail-style gatherings may be possible depending on layout.

Experience

Starting at $7,000*

For larger gatherings or organizations looking for a more complete hosted event, we can create a private event environment specifically for your group. Experience events typically include a rented event tent and supporting infrastructure, giving us significantly more flexibility in guest count, layout, hospitality, entertainment, décor, presentations, and production. Rather than fitting your event into an existing room, we build the environment around what you want your guests to experience.

Food and beverage, entertainment, production, décor, and other enhancements can be added à la carte.

Trail Admission

Trail admission is not included in the Gather or Experience rental packages.

Guests who would like to experience Glenlore Trails must purchase a trail ticket.

Groups purchasing more than 20 tickets receive a discounted group admission rate of $22 GA, $13 Youth, and $18 Senior.

Guests attending only the private gathering and not entering the trail do not need to purchase admission.

Private Full-Venue Rental

Starting at $30,000*

Make Glenlore yours. A private full-venue rental gives your guests exclusive access to Glenlore Trails and provides the greatest opportunity to create a completely customized evening.

This type of rental will generally be available Monday through Wednesday during the operating season, subject to availability. Weekend dates must be booked before tickets go on sale for the season.

A private full-venue rental can be as simple as exclusive access to the existing Glenlore experience or can be expanded into a fully produced event. Ticketing and admission for private buyouts is incorporated into the individual event proposal.
